Start Up & Customization

We want to make it as simple as possible for you to focus out what you want to do: practice patent law. This includes making it easy to get started. We can automatically load your contacts into our system, and we take the time to get to know your practice and preferences for workflow.

Phase Cost
Integration of Your Existing Docket Process:
  1. Load existing address book to Contacts
  2. Loading existing projects and filed applications
  3. Associate Contacts, Projects and Applications in the database
  4. Load your price schedule (used for Xforms in outgoing notices, SP maintains the govt fee price schedule)

 First five matters are free, each additional matter is $10
Job Template Customization Process:
  1. We provide you with a generic MS Word template for each job, which you can mark up.
  2. We load your new job template, and test it with you.
  3. You provide additional markup and finalization.

 $100 per Job Template
XForm Template Customization Process:
  1. You provide MS Word versions of your standard letters, such as a Non-Final rejection notice and Notice of Allowance.
  2. We convert your letter to a template and test it with you.
